It has been brought to our attention that some of our customers are getting a strange error when they are trying to access the Shopping Cart from the website.
This error only happens when you are logged in and try to access your account. This does not happen when you are logged out of your account and try to access the Cart.
Our developers are looking into this system and are trying to fix it, but in the meantime, we have a workaround for those who are trying to place orders.
Please first place your order under a Guest or with another account.
When you have successfully placed your order, please email us at email@example.com with your Order Number.
We will then give your current account the reward points that you have made from your order.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused but greatly appreciate everyone's patience in this.
